Dear Sir,

I have recently been lucky enough to discover the delicious taste of cocopops cereal and milk bars, and have been enjoying their sweet chocolately flavour almost every morning since. However today as I opened my morning bar I was dismayed to discover that it filled only half the packet - half my bar was missing!

It was with a sorry heart that I consumed what was left of this pint-sized bar, and though I have always been very happy with kelloggs in the past I have to admit that I was left sorely unsatisfied with this tiny morsel, and was forced to consume a second bar. Is there anything you can do to compensate me for this missing half-bar, and restore my confidence in the kellogg's company?
